“Mabel! Mabel!” Tawag ni Trisha sa kanyang co-intern. Kasalukuyang nagra-rounds ang dalaga sa ospital. Mabuti na lamang at nakita niya ang kaibigan.

Napalingon naman ang babae nang marinig ang pamilyar na boses. Napangiti ito nang makita ang dalagang humahabol sa kanya. “Oh Trisha! Kumusta?”

Huminto si Trisha sa harap ng babae. Medyo hiningal pa siya dahil sa paghabol niya kay Mabel. “Ikaw nga ang kukumustahin ko. Bakit wala ka dun sa party natin nung isang gabi? Di ba sabi mo’y pupunta ka?”
